HACKER FLUSH JOINT DRILL PIPE is available in 31/2", 41/2" and 5" OD sizes and in standard wall thicknesses up to .500"(1/2"). Pipe lengths include 20' and 25'. Our flush type tool joints are made from 4140/4142 alloy steel and are heat treated. Tool joint threads are 23/8" API IF, 27/8" API IF, 31/2" API IF and 31/2" API regular. Other thread combinations are available on request. Wrench slots for easy break out are provided.
HACKER PREMIUM DRILL PIPE is offered in API Grades D and E in range I, II and III lengths in sizes 23/8" OD, with .280 wall, 27/8" OD, with .362 wall, 31/2" OD, with .368 wall, 41/2" OD, with .337 wall and 41/2" OD, with .430 wall thickness complete with external upset or internal upset.

Our Tool Joints are premium quality manufactured from 4142/4145 steel. Prior to machining, it is heat treated to 311 Brinnel Hardness Range to eliminate distortion. Tool Joints are attached to pipe by means of a special thread and counter bore seal, with counter bore welding offered in Grade D only.

Upon customer request, Mill Certificates and Certificates of Quality are issued by Hacker Industries.
