HACKER HEAVY DUTY HIGH SPEED OILBATH ROTARIES
These four Hacker Oilbath Rotaries offer many mechanical features found only
in larger and more expensive rotaries. They are easy to move, easy to rig up.
The table-high cover provides added safety and speeds up installation.
A positive table lock is provided on Models A-15-T and A-12-T and optional on Model OB-10-T. Machine cut, flame hardened ring gears and pinions are used on all models. New spiral bevel gears are offered on Hacker Models A-12-T and A-15-T Oilbath Rotaries. Bed is heavy box type construction with ample overload capacity for shock loads and rough drilling. Centralized lube system is standard.
MODEL OB-10-T is a compact unit, developed and designed at the request of drillers who need an economical, high speed rotary that will handle servicing jobs to 7,000 ft. or drill to 2,200 ft. with ease.
MODEL A-12-T is designed for drilling to 3,400 ft. with 41/2" drill pipe or servicing wells to 10,00 ft. Model A-12 has a 12" API table opening standard and equipped with spiral bevel gears. Also has a new hardened and ground, shielded upthrust bearing as standard equipment.
MODEL A-15-T is a 15 1/4" opening, extra heavy duty oilbath API rotary. Recommended for drilling to 8,000 ft. with 31/2" drill pipe or servicing wells to 15,000 ft. The main table bearing is a race hardened and ground ball thrust bearing and the upthrust bearing is a hardened and ground, shielded upthrust ball bearing.
