Hacker's High Torque Flex steel thread was specifically designed for maximum joint strength with two shoulder seals, the primary seal and nose seal.  In addition, the thread and upset was completely analyzed by computer.  The material (tube) is *4130 modified alloy steel and is quenched and tempered to a specific hardness to insure maximum ductility.

Each upset is visually inspected before and after machining.  The transition area is inspected and hand polished.  Threads are CNC cut and are 100% inspected.  Data is collected on each connection and serialized for full traceability.

After threading, each pipe is again visually inspected, the inside of the pipe is water blasted with 2,500 lbs PSI to remove mill scale and cutting chips from the bore.  Each thread is cleaned and soaked in a hot phosphate bath.  The phosphate coating on the threads helps prevent galling and is recommended by the American Petroleum Institute for rotary shoulder connections.

We could go on and explain that we purchase only the finest SEAMLESS tubing with one cold pass on the OD to insure tighter tolerances, and we also furnish mill certificates with each order.  We could go on and on explaining how pleased we are with this product, but we won't bore you with anymore specific details.

What we are trying to say is that you can't buy a better product anywhere.  Given the opportunity, we know you will be pleased too.
